Home Use

If you’re interested in doing thorough cleaning at home, we would recommend our PWS, otherwise known as our small, mobile pressure-washer, that is available in single and three phase power. Our PWR, best suited to at-height applications, is the solution for cleaning roofs, driveways, walls, and hard to reach areas. For requirements such as cooling outdoor spaces, CEMSA’s PMU-S, consisting of atomised nozzles, is an excellent choice.

Agricultural Applications

Our PWA-T, or chicken trailer, and PWA, or chicken trolley, are well known for their cleaning power when it comes to avian or chicken coop applications. Both holding up to 150 metres of hose, the difference lies in the fact that the chicken trolley is a mobile unit, which allows you to easily clean a chicken coop from one side to the other. Alternatively, the chicken trailer features a 1000l water tank and comes with a built-in toolbox to safely store your equipment.

Aside from high-pressure washers, CEMSA also specialises in misting units. Built to assist with animal cooling, dust suppression, or greenhouse humidity control, our large pressure misting unit, consisting of a high-pressure pump that operates at 70 litres/min, is the machine that will allow you to you to experience the return on investment for years to come.

Food Processing Applications

For indoor applications that need to adhere to food safety or hygiene standards, CEMSA has designed and developed the PWS-S, a HSE compliant high-pressure washer. This machine is made from stainless steel and food-grade components such as a food grade hose and wheels, making it the perfect cleaning tool for hospitals, butcheries, and other food-processing applications.

Our PWE, also a stainless-steel build, is best for intense, hot water food-processing applications as it can reach temperatures of up to 60°C. The PWH, or boiler-heated pressure-washer, is the machine best suited to getting rid of stubborn substances such as grease and is guaranteed to do so with being able to reach temperatures of up to 80°C.

Car and Truck Washes

CEMSA understands that car and truck wash businesses value effective cleaning tools that do not take up too much space. This is where we would recommend our PWB and PWF units, with the PWB being a cost friendly, wall-mounted investment that will provide these establishments with the advantage of optimised space utilisation.

The PWF, or fixed pressure-washer, is electrically driven, stationary, and has all components enclosed within its frame, making it appropriate for large volume car and truck washes. The PWP, or petrol unit, is available in electric start, and is also an option for South African car washes that face the challenge of loadshedding.

Built for residential and municipal plumbing applications, our drain jetting trailer can clean pipes ranging from 75 to 450mm in diameter.

Firefighting

Serving beyond the above-mentioned industries, CEMSA specialises in firefighting units. The FFU, made up of a 650L step tank, can be mounted on most farm vehicles and pickup trucks. With a flow rate of 41 litres/min, this unit is guaranteed to give each run between 15 and 20 minutes to put out fires.

CEMSA has a wide variety of high-pressure washers that are best suited to cleaning industrial machinery and other applications alike.
